Hospitality marketing · Movement & bodywork

I help restaurants grow, and people move better.

I'm April Bevan. I lead two practices built on the same idea: understand the whole system, find what's holding it back, and build a plan that produces real, measurable results.

About April

Psychology-trained. Hospitality-raised. Results-driven.

With a degree in psychology from UCLA, I've built my career on understanding how people decide: where to eat, when to book, what brings them back. For more than a decade I've worked hands-on in hospitality alongside chefs Eddie Brik, Celestino Drago and Amar Santana.

That experience became The Restaurant Method, a hospitality marketing practice that connects OpenTable, Resy, Google, Meta, Yelp, delivery platforms and guest communications into one strategy.

On the marketing side, I create content and run campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, turning a restaurant's story, chefs and dishes into short-form video and social content that fills seats.

The same systems thinking drives The Bevan Method, where I help clients correct imbalances, recover from pain and train for strength. [Add certifications and training background.]
